JSM curated a collection of premium, custom-branded merchandise that embodied Poppulo’s values of innovation, quality, and care. From bespoke North Face apparel to stylish Camelbak bottles, each item was selected to elevate brand perception and employee engagement. Their challenge

As a fast-growing, culture-driven company, Poppulo wanted to surprise and delight employees with a gift pack that reflected their premium brand and commitment to excellence. However, they faced several challenges common to organisations with high internal standards and dispersed teams. The merchandise needed to uphold Poppulo’s premium aesthetic and modern brand identity.

Employees also needed the freedom to choose items that matched their personal preferences while remaining within brand guidelines. Coordinating a campaign with multiple merchandise options required precise global logistics. Most importantly, the initiative had to foster meaningful internal engagement and feel like a true celebration of brand and culture, not just a transactional giveaway.

Our solution

JSM partnered with Poppulo to design a merchandise experience that combined personalisation, and operational efficiency. The campaign featured a carefully curated selection of high-end, custom-branded items that reflected Poppulo’s premium brand values and promoted employee pride. 

The merchandise selection included a North Face full-zip hoodie embroidered with the Poppulo logo, a Camelbak Chute insulated bottle with vertically aligned branding, and a North Face Vault laptop backpack, ideal for employees on the go.

Each employee received a surprise welcome kit containing a debossed-logo notebook for everyday use, a custom holographic laptop sticker to personalize their tech, and a pair of cozy Poppulo-branded socks. 

JSM simplified the entire process by managing item selection, customisation, packaging, and delivery, ensuring a smooth, hands-off experience for Poppulo’s internal teams.
